RETURN POLICY

Refunds? D IX Couture is only authorized to issue refunds IF THE COMPANY IS AT FAULT. There are absolutely NO refunds.

*Customers have 3 days (initial confirmed receipt) to report an item defective, damaged, or request a replacement of the same item IF THE COMPANY IS AT FAULT. 

*If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you only have two business days following report to return the item for the correct order.

 

*Shipping fees are refundable at USPS standard shipping rate IF THE COMPANY IS AT FAULT.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL

*No price adjustments on previous purchases.

 

RETURNS FOR EXHANGE OF SAME ITEM MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We can exchange items that have NOT been damaged, tried on, stretched, worn, used, washed, soiled, ruined and without clothing tags. The items that you are sending back must be in perfect condition. ONLY REASONS FOR AN EXCHANGE IS IF THE COMPANY IS AT FAULT. 

***Non-returnable merchandise includes bodysuits and all accessories.

 

2. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

 

3. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive an exchange of item and will forfeit refundable shipping fees. 

 

4. There will be no return of items purchased at events. 

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
After your item (s) are delivered to us, your return for exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

All available orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-7 business days or sooner. 

*We are not responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.


HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is USPS priority mail shipping 4-5 business days. However, shipping can also be up to 14 business days due to COVID-19. 

 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
